After welcoming the participants, the vocal coach divides the group into several smaller teams. Some work on the verses, others on the chorus or on key phrases to include in the song. The coach supports each team throughout the writing process, helps structure ideas, ensures the rhythmic constraints are respected, and turns the participants’ suggestions into lyrics that can be sung. The goal is to create a coherent collective piece that reflects the company’s identity and is driven by the energy of the group.

Once the lyrics are finalized, participants move on to the vocal phase. Depending on the time available, a vocal warm-up can be offered to help everyone feel confident. The group then rehearses the song with the coach, either with a backing track or accompanied by live musicians. In the case of an original composition, participants can also suggest melodic ideas, guided by the coach, in order to create a fully tailor-made song.

The final presentation can take several forms depending on the event format. Participants can record their song in a professional studio or directly at your premises, allowing them to leave with an audio version of their collective creation. It is also possible to organize a final concert, accompanied by musicians or a backing track, in order to share the song with all collaborators. The activity lasts around 3 hours, with a flexible duration according to your needs.

More than just a musical workshop, The Songwriting Experience develops individual and collective creativity, listening skills, team cohesion and the sharing of a common vision. By working together towards a concrete artistic goal, participants learn to build, choose, rephrase, listen to one another and create a collective work of which they are fully the authors.
